Garden Rant a great blog recently had a post about lazy vegetable growing, I thought it was great. Michele Owens lays out one of the great beauties (in my opinion) of gardening, with a little knowledge and luck you can grow a great garden with very little input. In this case she says she visited her garden a total of three times, once to plant, once to weed and thin her crop and finally to harvest her bounty. So get out there and experiment with your climate till you find the same sweet spot. Even without a lot of time you can reap the fruits of your labor.
